British Raj (Indian Home Rule Movement) & Dominion of Delhi

Flag of the Indian Home Rule Movement in 1917, which called for the recreation of the Raj as a Dominion of the British Empire not unlike Canada, Australia and South Africa. In Kaiserreich canon, it served as the flag of the Dominion of Delhi.
